2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Website.

Healthy Sprays is a marketing and operational support company. We are not a pharmacy, prescriber, manufacturer, or healthcare provider. We partner with licensed telemedicine providers and 503A compounding pharmacies who independently prescribe and fulfill medications under applicable law.

All products marketed on our Website are for research, informational, and educational purposes unless otherwise clearly stated. Any compounded products, including THIN (semaglutide spray), are prepared by independent 503A pharmacies and are not FDA-approved.

4. Prescription Credit System

Some healthcare providers may pre-purchase prescription credits through our platform. These credits are:

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Valid only through designated partner pharmacies

  • Issued solely for streamlining administrative and operational support Healthy Sprays does not issue prescriptions, control medical decisions, or interfere with patient care.

5. Product Use Disclaimer

All Products marketed through Healthy Sprays are:

  • Not for diagnosis, prevention, treatment, or cure unless explicitly prescribed by a licensed medical provider

  • Not FDA-approved, unless specifically noted

  • Intended for research and compounding use only, unless prescribed

Any misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized application is strictly prohibited. By purchasing or accessing our materials, you assume all risks associated with product handling.

6. No Medical Advice

This Website does not provide medical advice. Content is for marketing and informational purposes only. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new therapy or medication.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Payments & Orders

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change

  • Payment is required at checkout

  • Orders are subject to approval and may be refused for any reason

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend service at any time, for any reason.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship promptly, but delays may occur. We are not liable for any shipping errors, customs holds, confiscations, or destroyed shipments.

10. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

11. Referral Program

Prescribers may receive a $50 referral bonus for each new licensed provider they refer who places an order. Bonuses are only issued for valid, approved new accounts. Healthy Sprays does not compensate anyone for writing prescriptions or influencing medical decisions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy Sprays shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

  • Any injury or harm from the use or misuse of products

  • Any acts or omissions of third parties (pharmacies, prescribers, delivery services)

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product purchased. We do not guarantee product effectiveness or safety.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Healthy Sprays and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Website or our Products

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Any claims related to misuse or off-label use of any Products

14. No Warranties

Products and services are provided "as is" and without any express or implied warranties. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided on the Website.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You waive any objections to such jurisdiction.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to class actions or jury trials.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain interruptions.

18. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use our site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, breach, or tamper with our systems

  • Impersonate another person or entity
